Top Golf and Top Baby

Last week little Dylan got to experience top golf for the first time...where she saw her mommy kick her daddy's butt, along wtih the other boys (James I love you). All bundled up she had a great time watching us swing the sticks. She even enjoyed a bottle at the end of the round. What a life!

Oh, those are my toes!

Within the last two weeks Dylan has really enjoyed discovering her feet. I will check on her in the middle of the night sometimes and find her playing with her feet and toes. Yesterday she decided that they looked pretty tasty, and now they are becoming part of her daily diet.
Mmmm...apples, bananas and toes, oh my!

Our Night at the Blakleys

We had the joy of staying at our friends' house, Jessica & JB.  We all had a blast, and thankfully Dylan was an angel! Playing with Reed and just spending time with friends is always memorable.

At The Doctors

Well, we went to our 4 month well-visit.  The ironic part is that 'we' weren't well.  Dylan screamed unlike I had ever heard, and she hadn't even had her shots yet.  The doc came in and diagnosed her with a pretty bad case of reflux.  I felt like a bad mom, just chalking it up to teething and fussiness! Ha! No, my child had a real problem. Now she's on medicine for it, didn't sleep for longer than 40minutes at a time last night, and have had bunches of poop.  On top of all this, I have started to introduce her to foods.  She looks at me like, "Mom, what the hell".  At one point during her disgusting green beans I looked at her and I could see detest in my daughter's eyes, and it was directed at me!  I heated up a bottle quickly.  We continue to try, and the rice cereal from a spoon is the best.  It is already familiar to her since she has gotten it in a bottle for 2 months.  Well, better luck next time, and next time maybe I will be rested when I write.  I apologize for any mistakes in this blog.  I'm sleep deprived!  Oh, and for the clencher, she was sleeping through the night before her 'well' visit!

Happy Holidays

Well, Miss Dylan has survived her first Christmas and New Years...her mom, on the other hand, barely got out alive.  I think that it is fair to say that we are all very tired.  All the family is gone, and it is back to being just the three of us...kinda sad, but little one needs to recover.  She has become so active in the past month.  She is trying so hard to roll from back to front, sitting with assistance, and has definitely discovered her voice.  Chatting is her favorite thing to do.  We are busy watching her grow, and can't wait to see what month 4 brings!

My Favorite Hat...thanks nana!
